2025 Spring Lottery

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

1 for $40.00; 1210 tickets
3 for $99.00; 2400 tickets
7 for $196.00; 840 tickets
11 for $297.00; 550 tickets

3. 50/50

BC Gaming Event Licence #158904

1 for $10.00; 1500 tickets
5 for $25.00; 6000 tickets

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $22,500.00.

4. Important Dates & Draw Information

First Early Bird Deadline
First Early Bird ticket sales deadline: April 17, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT
First Early Bird draw: April 17, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT

Second Early Bird Deadline
Second Early Bird ticket sales deadline: May 15, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT
Second Early Bird draw: May 15, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT

Third Early Bird Deadline
Third Early Bird ticket sales deadline: June 12, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT
Third Early Bird draw: June 12, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: June 25, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT

Draw
Spring Lottery draw: June 26, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT
50/50 Bonus Raffle draw: June 26, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m. PDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at Vancouver Opera Offices, 1945 McLean Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5N 3J6

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://lottery.vancouveropera.ca/winners on June 26, 2025.

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Vancouver Opera Lotteries.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Opera Lotteries or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

6. Privacy

Vancouver Opera Lotteries does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: lotteries@vancouveropera.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

8. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

9. Other

Please email our team at lotteries@vancouveropera.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
